Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our flea market! Our Flea market will take place on Ulu Cami grounds on Saturday October 25, 2025. In case of inclement weather, the event will take place on Sunday October 26, 2025.
Please review the following rules before submitting your reservation:
💰 Table & Space Fees
Each table/space costs $25. We will provide you one table per space if needed
You must reserve at least one table or spot to participate.
If you bring your own setup instead of using a table, your selling area will be limited to a 6x10 area.
⏰ Event Hours & Setup
The flea market will run from 9:00 AM to sunset.
All setup must be completed before 9:00 AM — no late arrivals will be allowed to set up.
Vendors are expected to stay for the full duration unless otherwise arranged.
📌 General Guidelines
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup and managing their space throughout the day.
All items for sale must be legal and appropriate for a family-friendly event.
You must take home all unsold items. Do not leave or discard any items on the premises — any dumping will result in a ban from future events.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area and disposing of their own trash at the end of the day.
By submitting your reservation, you agree to these rules and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in forfeiture of your space without refund.
